Die\u00adses Zusatz\u00admo\u00addul haben wir in Zusam\u00admen\u00adar\u00adbeit mit der <a href=\"https:\/\/www.plauen.de\/Stadtentwicklung\/Umwelt-Energie-und-Klimaschutz\/Energie-und-Klimaschutz\/Kommunales-Energiemanagement\/index.php\">Stadt Plau\u00aden<\/a> und ins\u00adbe\u00adson\u00adde\u00adre duch die Anre\u00adgung von Mar\u00adcel Uebel ent\u00adwi\u00adckelt. Durch das neue Modul wer\u00adden nun auch tech\u00adni\u00adsche Anla\u00adgen, deren War\u00adtung sowie die damit ver\u00adbun\u00adde\u00adne Zuord\u00adnung von Zust\u00e4n\u00addig\u00adkei\u00adten in unse\u00adre Ener\u00adgie\u00adma\u00adnage\u00adm\u00adent\u00adsoft\u00adware integriert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Ener\u00adgie- und Instand\u00adhal\u00adtungs\u00adma\u00adnage\u00adment sind f\u00fcr mich exis\u00adten\u00adzi\u00adel\u00adle Bestand\u00adtei\u00adle einer nach\u00adhal\u00adti\u00adgen Geb\u00e4u\u00adde\u00adbe\u00adwirt\u00adschaf\u00adtung und geh\u00f6\u00adren zum effi\u00adzi\u00aden\u00adten Betrieb von Anla\u00adgen ein\u00adfach zusammen.<\/p><cite>Mar\u00adcel Uebel, Stadt Plauen<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>So ist es mit dem neu\u00aden Modul m\u00f6g\u00adlich, Anla\u00adgen zu inte\u00adgrie\u00adren, die bis\u00adher kei\u00adne Betrach\u00adtung in unse\u00adrer Soft\u00adware fan\u00adden und ent\u00adspre\u00adchen\u00adde War\u00adtungs\u00adpro\u00adzes\u00adse zu digi\u00adta\u00adli\u00adsie\u00adren. F\u00fcr das genann\u00adte Bei\u00adspiel der Stadt Plau\u00aden geh\u00f6\u00adren hier\u00adzu unter ande\u00adrem Hei\u00adzun\u00adgen <span class=\"amp\">&amp;<\/span> Heiz\u00adkrei\u00adse, Fest\u00adstell\u00adan\u00adla\u00adgen, Auf\u00adz\u00fc\u00adge, aber auch Brand- <span class=\"amp\">&amp;<\/span> Einbruchsmeldeanlagen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Das Modul ent\u00adh\u00e4lt dabei fol\u00adgen\u00adde Funk\u00adtio\u00adna\u00adli\u00adt\u00e4\u00adten auf Untersuchungsraumebene:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Ver\u00adwal\u00adtung von exter\u00adnen (Wartungs-)Firmen, inkl.
